Alexander Villas - Imerovigli (Santorini)

Our room was located in a beautiful spot, tucked away in the back of the cave with a typical blue domed church nearby. There were some great restaurants just a short walk away, and the view out to the island and volcano was stunning. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, but could benefit from better ventilation. the breakfast served every morning was tasty and had a good variety. the pool area was peaceful and relaxing.

The service was not always prompt in fulfilling requests, and some staff members seemed uninterested in their work.

The room is comfortable and the view in the hotel is great. We can view cliff and sea in poolside.

The rate is bit higher.

The best location in Santorini - no other view like it! Cute rooms, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. The room we stayed in had an "almost" private pool with a breathtaking view!

The hotel is nestled in amongst the cliffs, offering breathtaking views of the bay in the center of Imerovigli. The traditional "cava" style rooms, complete with a private terrace, provide a unique and authentic experience. The staff's attention to detail and service is outstanding, ensuring a memorable stay. Additionally, the affordable prices make this hotel a great value for money.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Perhaps because it was the end of the season (mid Sept) the place was relatively empty and therefore quiet which suited us. We were with another couple of friends and the location at the top of the hill was superb and the views fabulous. We had been upgraded when we arrived so didn't actually see our original villa which may or may not have been just as nice. We didn't need anything more in the way of facilities in the hotel (and didn't look at the gym etc) as just wanted 4 days of relaxation and peace & quiet before going onto Crete for 9 days.

Would preferred to have not had the music (or at least not the music that was played almost continously by the young but very nice & helpful barmen/women). I am sure they would have turned it off if we had asked, so our own fault. (We are in our 50'S.)

The location on the cliffs of Imerogovli was fantastic for the cost - very impressed. The rooms were cave rooms which was very unusual and unique to the area. We also stayed in luxury accommodation on Oia at 4 times the cost and the view here was just as good. Our room had a loft bed with a ladder which was very cute and like living in a tree house for a week but they did have rooms with out that configuration. Very convient pool area and great staff and food around the pool. Great place would definitely recommend but cave rooms only for the younger people. Super quiet as no traffic can access this area.

No negatives just the cave style with the ladder access wore thin after the week. But unique all the same.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the village, nestled among the cliffs with breathtaking views of the bay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with loft beds that added a unique touch to the traditional decor. I also loved having a private terrace, complete with 6 sun beds for everyone in my party to relax and soak up the sun. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious and best enjoyed while taking in the amazing view. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, service, and basic amenities.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!

The hotel is fantastics, staff are wonderful especially Effie and Mario, they were really helpful. I was staying at Alexander 4, with privet pool, room was nice yet it can be better.

Small room, picture is much better. Private balcony is not so private and not a real balcony, that's dissappointing. Not the best view one could obtain.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stunning location in the center of Imerovigli. The view from the private terrace is simply breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the bay.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were enjoyable.

Words can not explain how exceptional the view, the facilities, and the hotel staff. The hotel Manager - Julian was great!!! He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and they have alot of sister properties that are very close - Aqua Luxury, Kallisto, just to name a few. All of which were extremely nice. When I visit again, this will be my choice of stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the bay and the volcano. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, providing valuable advice for our stay in this city. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hotel facilities were very clean.

The view from the pool is amazing! The best view in Imerovigli... The staff is very frendly and kind and the rooms are great.

The lady who attended us as soon as we arrived was really kind and open, the rest of the staff was really disorganized (read the negative part). The breakfast looked really delicious, but my husband and I only had 10 min to even try to eat it all before running out to the airport. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the view of the ocean, but sadly that is about it.

Major lack of organization, we had to leave by 8:45am to the airport, we informed them the daybefore to have our breakfast by 8:20am. The next day, no one showedup. When staff began bringing breakfast to other apartments, they said they didn’t now about ours. We got thebreakfast by 8:35am, barely ate anything and left. At the check-out reception the man was rude about it and caredless. Real inconsiderate and unprofessional, hotels like these are supposed to know how to act properly with their guests in any sort of situation. At the swimmingpool the bartender asked us if we were part of the hotel, my husband said yes and the man stared at us suspiciously like as if we were lying. I got really annoyed and stepped forward telling him that it was rude to ask such questions. Your paying a hotel 250euros per night to be questioned afterwards if you even pertain to it???? For being a so-called-elegant hotel, it’s the staff’s responsibility to know who is staying and who is not, or is this some sort of cheap motel?? The internet wasn’t working, the ‘satelite’tv had 20 channels and only 5 actually worked. The air conditioner was old and when we entered the “upgraded room” that we were “amazingly” given it smelled reallybad, so we turned itoff. About the bedroom, no, we were not given the beautiful Standard MatrimonyBedroom you see in photo, instead your ‘upgraded’, but the ‘upgradedroom’ was cheap and ugly in comparison to the beautiful Standard Matrimony Bedroom and when we asked about it, they obviously didn’t have it as they showed us two other (very old and ugly)bedrooms. Basic point: you get ripped off, or make sure you get that exact bedroom otherwise you’ll be so-called upgraded to an even uglier bedroom, trust me!
